We arrived and were given a room that the heat didn’t work. They moved us to a new room. Mind you, unpacking and repacking our belongings twice. The room was dirty, floors I would not walk on with bare feet. Odor in the room was stale, moldy, musty. Every part of the room was very old and damage visible. The pictures online look nothing like this place in real life. Old fashioned baseboard heat. Did not provide shampoo or conditioner or adequate amount of soap bars. I cannot understand how this place passes health inspections, if it does. Room too dirty, musty to feel comfortable eating or drinking anything in the room. The bed seemed clean with tattered linens. If we had had another option we would not have stayed here. We were only in the room long enough to get a little rest. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything your neighbor says Nextdoor. Nothing about the place was pleasing. It is in dire need of a facelift or shut it down.
