“The hotel is new and cosy. Nice and welcoming atmosphere starting from check in, room, breakfast and gym are exceeding our expectation as the hotel price is very reasonable. ”

“The front of house staff were excellent in trying to resolve our dilemma of AC not working. We were first moved rooms because of a terrible metal on metal grinding coming from the air vent. Then the new room was so hot during the night would not go below 24.5 when a heat alert outside. No relief so we could not sleep. The hallway was very cool, we almost propped the door open to sleep to let the cool air in but then thought not so safe. Turns out the whole floor experienced the same issue and……

“Situated in a tranquil area, cozy room, got most amenities one need, helpful staff, lovely breakfast. But if you are noise sensitive, you should seek other options. My room situated on the ground floor next to the wooden stairs. You can always hear people stepping up floor/ talking outside your room. The aircon is quite noisy too.”

“The room was clean and modern, with lovely products in the bathroom. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had great service at the restaurant for dinner; we didn't try the breakfast. There were 2 down-sides for me: 1. The pool is not in the hotel, but in the adjoining building, and the walkway to get there was basically through a parking lot. They had security at the doors, usually, but there were also times when we went to the pool and the door was ajar without anyone around.……
