Excellent hotel, well done.

Room carpet was full of dust. They did not clean it properly. Therefore my allergy jumped. I do not stay in this hotel again.

The room was lovely, breakfast was lovely and staff were friendly. Breakfast was great quality and plentiful. The Spa and treatment were great but the pool was overcrowded with spa days for the size of the pool, and the sauna was out of order on the second day, which was disappointing. Good gym facilities.

It’s a lovely hotel. A little bit dated now, in places, but overall really nice in a nice setting and location. The staff were friendly although there were a few occasions things were asked for and not delivered on. I put this down to them being young and maybe not fully engaged with their roles. Could maybe do with some senior leadership to raise standards to where they could easily be. I would recommend and I would stay again. Just manage your expectations. Don’t expect the best. But overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I paid for breakfast both mornings. The food quality was great but often things were missing and not replenished. A little disappointing at £16 pp price point.

Staff excellent, really helpful and very friendly. Pool good, changing rooms need a bit of an update/refurb but towels good and showers clean. Plenty of good parking. Ideal for early flight from Gatwick.
