“The Front desk Staff is Horrible, the breakfast was no good enough, pool was close, Vending Machine products are expensive and the Marihuana Smell was all over the Hall. They need to do better with Smoking Rooms. They need to do some restrictions.”

“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……

“The staff was very helpful and courteous. The property itself was disastrous. The breakfast was terrible. My room had a serious AC issue - although it ran constantly it never took the moisture out of the air. I also noticed a black substance around the AC vents in the ceiling. I saw one guest who came down and asked for towels because his AC unit was leaking. Unfortunately, I would not recommend nor would I stay again at this facility.”
