“The studio apt was very nice and very clean. Well furnished. We settled in and wanted to freshen up in the bathroom. I opened a drawer to get a new toilet paper roll and saw a huge, long cockroach in it that ran. Decided not to use the bathroom, closed the door so it would be trapped in the bathroom, and went out for the night. I iMessaged the property owner about it and did not get a reply. Then called her and told her the story and she said she was sorry and would get the owner to come and……

“The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!”

“Great communication with the host throughout our stay. Rental was clean and in a very safe area. Beautiful ocean views from the park. Would stay here again.”

“There was no air conditioning and the property is directly across from a noisy bar, so you can choose to have all the windows closed and be hot or open the windows and be unable to sleep. The beds were futons with no sheets. The kitchen table and chairs were patio furniture. The sense of the place is the host putting in the bare minimum effort. It was a very disappointing experience and I recommend people instead stay at one of the many other places in the area.”

“Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

“This was a great place for our short trip. Very clean. Easy walk to beach. Easy drive to airport, shopping, Old Town. Host responded very quickly to all questions. ”

“The property was a nice property, but there was a problem with parking. I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location.”
