“This is a clear 5 star VRBO, nicely furnished (homey, comfortable) and with a well equipped kitchen. The enclosed backyard is a delightful secluded spot to sit with a book or a beverage, and the location is excellent, in a quiet residential neighborhood just two blocks from the beach. The unexpected treat is the charming esthetic, with a “mini art gallery” to enjoy, and clever creative painting inside and out. The space is small, but was perfect for the two of us. “Location. Location. Location. Walking distance to Sunset Cliffs is something special. Having the option to just go at any time of day, or night, in fog, bright sun - is priceless. The studio was a great base of operations for us with a comfy bed and nice strong shower. We’ll be coming back again because the value was almost as great as the view. We highly recommend. ”
