“I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and……

“The property was a nice property, but there was a problem with parking. I had no communication until 30 minutes before check-in even though I tried to contact the host numerous times and had Expedia tried to contact them and couldn’t get a hold of him. There is no air-conditioning which sucked because it was hot. All they have is fans and the shower is so tiny. That is very hard to shower, but it’s in a great location.”

“Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

“Pros: check in process, owner communication, location (so many places to eat), safety of neighborhood, property cleanliness, appliances, master bed, above average linens, bathrooms, lighting and a/c. Cons: couch (do not use as a sofa bed), 2nd bedroom beds (very firm), drapes and rug a bit tired, dog hair from previous tenants, budget kitchen plates and glasses. Things out of their control: light was left on in a locked closet by the cleaning staff that took a while to get figured out late at……
