Quizás mencionar en la descripción principal que no dispone de aire acondicionado (no caímos en buscar en las características al estar acostumbrados a que suele haber en muchos pisos de estas características) y que es una planta 10 con terraza abierta, por seguridad de niños pequeños que pueden subirse en una silla.
