Gefallen hat uns auch die Größe der Wohnung und der Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Flecken an den Sitzkissen der Essstühle, auf dem Teppich (Wohnzimmer, Flur, Schlafzimmer) und das in die Jahre gekommene Badezimmer wirkte auf uns persönlich nicht so einladend. Die Ferienwohnung von Herrn Preß in Alt-Lankwitz eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Touren am Teltowkanal, ins Zentrum und darüber hinaus. Sie ist geräumig, in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Wohngegend. Wenn man selber kochen möchte: Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man dafür braucht. Das WLAN ist schnell. Da ich mit dem Auto unterwegs war, war ich sehr zufrieden, dass es einen Stellplatz auf dem Gelände gibt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist ausgezeichnet: Eine Buslinie führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Wenn man lieber zu Fuß unterwegs ist, findet man Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wohnungstür -Schloss defekt-schwer zum öffnen. Toilettenspülung defekt. Küche sehr ungepflegt: Besitzer wohnt selbst in dieser Fewo-in allen Schränken private Sachen. Kann man sich nicht so richtig wohl fühlen.
