"The staff, especially my girl Kelly, was phenomenal. They were all so accommodating and friendly. Started off with a free beer in a cute koozie, which was a nice little start to the stay. The room was so beautifully designed, and the rooftop bar had a great view. We had a little mishap with the valet, but Kelly took such good care of us after that. We had dinner at Lazia, the Italian restaurant in the hotel, and it was some of the best food I’ve ever had. All around this hotel was a 10/10 experience, and I will only stay here from now on while visiting KC. "
