Very cute location, i would say the food scent is strong throughout and its not always ideal to be asleep and then woken up by strong food scent. Wasnt a huge issue for me, but just always ideal. Other than that I enjoyed

Friendly and amazing staff. I was able to check in early for a wedding I was attending. The location is great (very, VERY close to North Laine which is great for shopping and food/drinks). Room was clean, had air con and the bed was comfy!

Lovely stay, nice place

Lovely room in a great location by the lanes and 10 minute walk to sea, front. Lovely cafe next door owned by same people. Had a great stay, would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again
