"We had a nice stay at this little house while visiting our son at HPU for a golf tournament. The hot tub was a great way to spend time drinking our coffee and relaxing after a day on the course. We cooked supper for our college kid who doesn't get many homemade meals and enjoyed time playing games and relaxing in the hot tub. Will definitely stay again!"

"This place is a great place to stay at Lake Brownwood. Although the lake was way down, this rental house was perfect for a Girl's Trip! The Beds are wonderful and the house is clean and smelled fresh with great updates! The deck was the best part with the hot tub to enjoy some relaxation time, especially in the evening under the stars! So recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet place that's cozy with a great outdoor space!"

"Our Easter weekend at this lake house was absolutely fantastic! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We spent hours enjoying the beautiful lake views from the back porch and had a blast fishing from the dock. We caught so many fish! Overall, it was the perfect getaway for our family. We'll definitely be back to Lake Brownwood!"

"The property is at a crossroad, but there is very little traffic and we didn’t notice at all. The house was very well kept and great for us to spend some time with family away from everything. We also enjoyed some wine in Coleman and it was an easy drive to Brownwood where we caught some HPU games. I would gladly stay here again."
