Yes we had a nice clean room. The staff was very nice and helpful. Your bartenders were very friendly. We will stay here again.

The rooms were spotless. The entire apt had so many cool amenities that felt like we were in a castle. Our bedroom had one of those beds that lifts and vibrates…what an awesome extra!! You have to go see the library…huge, gorgeous, with books and games and puzzles and LOTS of books. All in all, awesome ...

Staff was very professional and checking in/out was a breeze. Only concern we experienced was hot tub was heavy with cholrine. Wanting to enjoy weekend with wife and my daughter, we were very pleased with everything except that.

Was only here one night for a funeral so didn't see anything.
It was overall a great hotel. For the not so expensive price and our amazing room with the king-sized bed and jacuzzi bathtub, it was such a great deal! If we ever come back to Grand Rapids, I guarantee we will come back to Baymont Byron Center again
