"We’ve just had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa - we were a group of 7 and it felt spacious with room to spare. Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. The information pack in the villa contained lots of helpful information and ideas for day trips etc. The villa was clean and well equipped - the pool table was a big hit!! "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amy's villa. It was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable (the villa is very spacious and the rooms cool, even at night ). The pool was very clean and also cleaned during our stay. We had a great welcome. There are fantastic views across the valley to the mountains - we were treated to a pair of eagles every day and encountered a beautiful stag on one of our night time drives back to the villa. "Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Spent a beautiful week with our family, including 6 grandchildren celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary. Had their recommended chef cook for us 4 evenings which was a real bonus. Amazing food. Upstairs rooms only suitable for children rather than adults. Trampoline a little worry, as no safety net. Highly recommend everything."

"Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"Beautiful Villa in a spectacular setting. Very well equipped and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all our group. The restaurant at the end of the road was good as was the small bar and shop in the village. Jesi, Singhallia and the local caves at Genga all worth a visit. Very pretty hillside towns within a short distance from the Villa. A perfect place for a relaxing, tranquil holiday."

"The Villa is a wonderful place to stay. It’s set in the beautiful Italian countryside and is completely private with gorgeous views. The pool and hot tub are fantastic- sitting in the tub looking at the hills or stars is magical. The house is well equipped, spacious and with lots to do. The covered patio is perfect for sheltering from the sun and eating meals outside. We would highly recommend. (It is just quite a basic steep road to approach the place, but definitely worth the effort!)"
