This was one of my all time favorite trips. Juan Carlos greeted us upon arrival and made sure we understood all of the amenities available to us as this property was truly all inclusive. He was very helpful and truly the people that work at this hotel were all attentive, friendly and kind and just a pleasure to interact with. We even bumped into Juan Carlos in town as we took a taxi and went into town every night. The food was delicioso! Be sure to order the fish tacos and eat on the deck. We snorkeled all day everyday right from the deck of the hotel. We saw hundreds of fish, eels, stingray and a barracuda. We tried to find the octopus but they were hiding. The coral reefs are lovely. The ocean was so amazing that we never went to the pool one time. We usually stay at the pool most of the time. This was my 50th birthday trip. I loved this hotel and it’s staff and would highly recommend it.
