The best resort I have ever been to. The staff, food and property were all amazing. This resort has set such a high standard, Im not sure if I can go anywhere else.

Staff seemed to favor white Americans. Its unfortunate because as a Mexican born in the US I would never favor any race I would try to be accommodating to all guest

This was our second stay at Playa Palms. The room was excellent and clean. The staff is always great. Carlito at the door is a treasure.

We had booked 2 reservations as our flights got changed and they were able to connect our stays so that we could stay in the same room. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Out of the way and very beautiful. The beach had a lot of sargasso washing up, but the hotel staff cleaned up at least part of it. It was unsightly, but didn't smell bad, which was a concern going in. Hotel staff was wonderful and the food good.
