"Please improve visibility of the crosswalk that goes from the back parking lot to the sidewalk that leads to the hotel. Stairs or a ramp would be great leading from the awning of the hotel to the sidewalk. The sidewalk goes to the corner of the parking lot on both ends but does not lead right to the hotel entrance. Complete preventative maintenance on exterior lighting. Many parking lot lights were out. Painting curbs for visibility on stairs would be helpful due to low lighting near crosswalks and the stairs to the back parking lot. "
