"This was a super rental. First thing you need to know though is parking is street only no reserved. So you’ve got to find a place to park. There are three doors to get in. You need to codes for each. Very easy. Apartment is on third floor. Walkup. No big deal. Apartment is very clean and very cutely decorated. Everything you need is there. No central AC but has two portable ACs and fans. TV, books, games, DVDs and so much more. Also super close to downtown, very convenient."

"We were staying for a long four day weekend of Volleyball at the Convention Center. We enjoyed the apartment for 3 adults and 2 kids. The location is great! We were able to walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and the Convention Center. It was quieter than I expected (only real noise was sirens here and there.) The neighborhood had amazing restaurants within walking distance and we enjoyed the food very much. There is also a convenience store just 1 block away. Parking was an issue and...

"The place was clean, but was average quality. The one ice machine on the first floor, which made it totally inconvenient from the 3rd, wasn’t working. Sheets and bedding were clean, but the bed itself was a one up on a sofa bed. Great water pressure!!! This place will serve its purpose if you’re just fine with a place to take a shower and get some sleep. "
