Great for traveling nurses, temporary insurance claims housing, or corporate rentals! The space One-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a multi-family with a full kitchen (stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker). Note: This is the second floor unit of a multi-family with its own private entrance from the front porch and separate HVAC. Noise may travel between floors, so please be respectful of other guests and keep the noise down. You will most likely not be the only guest in the house so please be aware of that before booking. The property was perfect. It was clean and well maintained. All the rooms were nicely decorated and I felt very comfortable the entire time. The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood right down the street from the Christmas Story House, and it is a quick and easy drive to all the sights in the city from there. It is very clean, has a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and extra blankets, and unexpected extras like a lighted mirror with defogging feature, full size washer & dryer, and coffee! It’s in a well-established area, but the interior looks recently renovated and it still smells new. The host pays special attention to little details and it shows. The towels are so soft, and the decor is fun and modern.
