“Great place to stay. ”

“Rick, in the main office, was nice. My room was not. There were stains on the couches and chairs. The floor was sticky and dirty throughout. There were a dozen+ stink bugs on walls and furniture. There was an empty can of odor control fogger on the floor beside the bed. The bed was broken and shifted off its base. There wasn't a light bulb in the lamp by the bed. The towel rack was broken off. Floor board in the kitchen was peeling back. I found a different hotel for the second night of my stay.……

“The room was large and comfy. The Keurig machine in room was a bonus. We miss the breakfast that used to be served. Staying on the grounds of Tanglewood with all the beauty is refreshing. ”

“Wait outside 20minutes on freezing weather and ring a bells until person who sleep inside wake up . After wake up this person start screaming on us( why we ring a bell and and make phone calls on work phone) Terrible service”

“Very nice property. I only stayed long enough to sleep but the room and lobby were very clean and the front desk staff was nice and helpful. ”

“The location wasn't terrible. However that is about the only good thing going for it. None of the pictures matched the experience. I get the pool is out of season, but it doesn't look like they've maintained it in years. The rooms are so poorly lit. The bathroom was tiny and we nearly slipped in the shower since the tub is so small. Despite all the no smoking signs we still could smell both weed and smoke. Bed was "made", if you can call it that. The bed sheets/blankets barely kept us warm even……

“Staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful with recommendations for a local restaurant and making sure we were comfortable with our room.”

“The room had peeling paint around the AC unit..peeling paint in the bathroom. We did meet an overdressed lady on our way to our room on the 2nd floor who asked us what state she was in. Obviously she was in the state of confusion. ”

“internet did not work until the next morning. TV remote did not work. Shower had very little water pressure. Bed was nice. Room was nice. Cool picture and room paint job was nice.”

“Overall, it's a nice property with very friendly staff. However, furniture was outdated; e.g., the dresser drawers were small, so there was no room to place any clothing. However, while we were staying at the hotel, work was being done to remodel each unit and update the furniture (so I look forward to staying there again after the remodel).”

“The room smelled terrible, the door handle broke trying to get out, there was about 6 inches of dust on the sprinkler”
