“I have stayed at Karen's properties many times in my frequent travels to Greensboro, and anticipate many more times to come in the future. The apartment was spotless, very well equipped, had a lovely snack & coffee station, and was perfectly welcoming. I keep coming back to this as the perfect location, easy access to everything downtown but quieter than other spots I have tried. “This place was a perfect overnight stay for the 4 of us(2 couples). Bedrooms on opposite sides of the living space with a full bath for each. Host was very accommodating to allow a late check-out for us. Husbands were inspecting Camp Durant Scout Camp and didn't finish till noon. Host also supplied snacks coffee and water! Thank you! Although we weren't there to golf, it was unfortunate that the golf course was closed and the club building had been condemned. The grounds were well kept and there……

“My favorite place to stay when in Winston-Salem! Great location, beautiful, clean and well equipped 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment on the edge of Old Salem. Second bathroom is just outside the 2nd bedroom. Walking distance to 4th Street/downtown and Old Salem area. The only minor downside is the entrance to another property adjoin the main bedroom and it can occasionally sound like they are in the bedroom with you when on the stairs. ”
