“Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff.”

“I have stayed here many times and it never disappoints!! It’s a beautiful, charming yet updated hotel. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, the bathroom is modern. The courtyard is beautiful, the pool is very nice. And of course the location can’t be beat!! It is my absolute favorite place to stay. Parking is on site and reasonable for the area. The front desk and valet staff have always been very friendly. Very cool, historical NOLA vibe!!”

“Beautiful hotel and it is in the French Quarter so it’s so easy to walk around and see the sights. They have a nice bar and restaurant. The room is clean and lovely and we could see the Mississippi River. The staff are ok but not so helpful or friendly at the front desk. Despite that, we would return here as it is overall good .”

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
