“Room was clean on arrival, but never serviced in our 7-nights stay. When trash cans overflowed in the room, we bagged trash and put it outside the door, but it was never removed. We discarded it ourselves. We were given additional tissue when we asked. Breakfast was as ordered each morning and staff is kind.”
“Because there was no elevator, the staff were helpful with our luggage. The property is clean. Some items are available upon request, like a water heater. Our reservation does not include breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The internet connection was excellent. The location is ideal as it is in the center of Solano.”
