"So this review may be a little strange but I think it is going to be valuable for future individuals looking for a place. I put 5 stars for everything because I want to make sure this is seen however we didn’t actually end up staying here as we had planned. Due to a comedy of errors and issues, through no fault of the host or our own we ended up not staying at this property. We did see it and everything matched the description very well as far as the description of the property, location, etc. I won’t share the private details here because well, they’re private lol but what I want to highlight was the owners professionalism and courtesy during the process. It was easy to reach out to him, he was extremely accommodating and helpful and due to the circumstances was able to help us find alternative options. He responded promptly and addressed questions in real time.I say this because I think the customer service aspect of VEBO is often under recognized and I want prospective renters to know they are in safe, respectful hands of someone who is dedicated to making things right over the almighty dollar. We were sad plans had to change but thankful to the host For his professionalism. when we come back to the area we will book with him first solely because of this. "

"Was the perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway, location was close to everything we needed and wanted to do, best part was sitting out on the porch sipping coffee and listening to the creek in the backyard!"

"My husband and I have celebrated two of our anniversaries at the 3 Little Birds cabin. Patty and Chris have thoughtfully provided everything needed for a comfortable stay — all you need to bring are your clothes and food. We look forward to returning in the future "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was very well stocked and clean. My kids had a blast playing in the river and it’s only about 30 minutes to the Gatlinburg entrance to Great Smokies, so we did a few small hikes too. (Note the Cosby entrance to the park is currently closed). We would definitely stay again. "

"This little cabin was the perfect couple's getaway! The hot tub was so relaxing. Everything was clean, and the check-in process was a breeze. The host provided ample instructions, and we felt very prepared when we arrived at the cabin. I read the reviews and the host's listing, so I was aware of the entry steps, the longer drive to get into "civilization," and the lack of provided supplies. Because I did research, these things were not issues to me. You'll find that the only "negative" reviews about this place are really just people not being prepared. If you make necessary arrangements, then you'll find that this cabin stay is everything you need. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is great, clean and everything you need is there. The check in and check out process are well done and easy to follow. Plenty of space for a big family. The pool and the hot tub are a plus, especially after a day of hiking or exploring the area. The pool table was a nice addition to our stay, too! We loved the quiet neighborhood! "
