"The some of the previous reviews concerned me BUT how surprised was I!! I loved staying here. Yes, elements are dated but that was part of the charm for me. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathtub was a garden tub. The cafe on the 1st floor had incredible coffee and muffins AND there's a complimentary coffee station in the lobby if you prefer. The location is AMAZING! "They went out of their way to help when stranded by weather/airline. The room was recently updated and the location was ideal for Love Field. There is still construction going on in Lobby but did not affect us at all. The front desk staff answered the phone when we called and went out of her way to make our check in process work when the online reservation was screwed up. TV remote would stop working if I used it from the bed, but sometimes would start working again. The fridge and microwave in the room was a nice convenience. Quiet and I slept well.
