The house is situated in a family neighbourhood in a mountainous area.It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), private pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 fan, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).In the independent gas kitchen, there is a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.According to the municipal ordinance, the barbecue cannot be used with fire from 1 June to 15 October.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included.
