“My first stay was insanely good, a week later when I came back for my second, a completely different story, unprepared, no parking despite being told there was, told to run around a hotel at 2am getting a pas from from of their other apartments lockboxes, only to find a party going on and the pass missing, rude, had to chase for over a week to get the night of parking I had to pay for refunded and then it was a argument. Shame, first stay was great, second stay ruined it.”

“This property was very misleadingly listed. It appeared as though we were booking a room through the hotel, but it’s actually a privately owned rental located inside the hotel and is completely separate from the hotel’s operations. That should have been made much clearer before booking. The unit itself was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, the refrigerator didn’t work properly, and neither did the cable/TV. The overall setup was strange, and the parking and check-in/check-out……

“Always stay within this building when staying in coconut grove wether that be with family or on my own. The self contained apartments are always a winner! Great location for everything within the grove. 20 mins to inter Miami stadium, 25 mins to the airport and 30 mins to the dolphin center. Great location and really great host. If I had to pick one thing to critique it would be that this is a self contained apartment which means no regular cleaning or towel / toilet roll replacement which can……

“We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami. (Just remember to bring your own beach towels for the pool.) The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped……
