Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located placeHidden away in the centre of Exeter, Southlands is a grand Georgian house converted into luxury apartments, with free allocated parking.

The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Ctr, Uni, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline.

A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV.

This studio apartment is on the ground floor, and has been recently refurbished to a high, modern standard. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with a washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided.

The shared living room and bedroom has a built in king sized bed, with feature colour change lighting around, and storage underneath. There is a 50" smart TV, with two luxurious armchairs plus a dining table and chairs. Plenty of storage is provided.

There is a separate toilet and shower room, with a waterfall shower and complimentary mini toiletries.

The pictures whilst appealing do not capture the smell of the room or the sheets - fousty/old is an understatement! the smell of this space is appalling. Incredibly disappointing, the manager apparently could not smell anything wrong with the apartment - even though their was a written request to leave the windows open when leaving. I ended up only staying one night (having paid for 4), they refused to reimburse me for the remaining three nights. Based on my exceedingly frustrating interaction, I anticipate a response saying that there is nothing wrong with the place and that I was the problem. When interpreting their response to my review - remember that I chose to be several hundred pounds out of pocket to not continue my stay.
