“We stayed in a studio suite and the room was brilliant, literally had everything you need in the kitchenette. Clever TV unit for watching in bed or from the sofas. Breakfast was included and plentiful. Happily stay again.”

“Value for money. Good service and friendly staff. Continental breakfast is good. The only setback is that a loud noise of the alarm woke up everyone at around 5:55am accidentally and it lasted for a few seconds. ”

“Nice size room and comfortable bed. Basic coffee/tea options. Room window was right next to the train tracks of the station, alarmingly, but the sound outside was no issue. Inside the room the aircon made a constant humming noise and could not be turned off even with assistance. Also got woken up earlier than intended by the cleaning staff repeatedly opening the very squeaky door of the stock cupboard outside our door.”

“Even though staying only for one night but enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff and have a little kitchen are a merit. If the room can provide facial tissues will be perfect ”

“For the price paid... OK. Stopped here several times before and this was the worst experience. The images on the website didn't accurately represent the room, (paid extra for a larger room) which was a letdown from the start. But it was alright. Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen area had dirty marks all over the gloss cabinets, as well as long black hairs on the floor in the lounge, which suggested a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning process. “limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“Staff were great, especially Zoe. Location was central and was quiet. Rooms were quite dated and we had to switch rooms, but after that, everything was great.”

“Had a great stay, everything is clean and room is very nice. Water pressure is great and room temperature just right. One thing gets to me a little is that the towels seem to leave a lot of cootton on my body and hands after use, which the hotel should look into it. But overall Im happy with the stay and would come back definitely if I'm in Leeds”
