"My wife and I were looking for a place to spend February and March of 2024. We were attracted to this property by all the five star ratings and the reviews of how clean it was. When we got to the condo, we were disappointed to find it was not clean. After spending a lot of time cleaning, we contacted the owner to let him know about the state of the condo and included pictures. "I was pleasantly surprised. I rented the 2-Bedroom cottage. It was like a tiny house. It was well stocked with dishes, pots pan, pretty much everything we needed to cook meals. We had 3 adults/3toddlers and it was comfortable. My only concern was when the sofa bed was in bed form, it blocked the door to the master bedroom. Very clean house and grounds."

"Breakfast. 7am. Breakfast buffet needed refilling. No one around. Gentlemen behind desk was outside vamping and on cell phone. Customers were going thru cabinets, while he was vamping outside. The regular breakfast lady clocked in and did a great job of refilling everything. I also think the staff behind the desk could be more cheerful. I was in customer service for over 40 years, and they seemed very indifferent to the customers. "
