I forgot my Bluetooth speaker valued at $135.00 and couldn't make contact with anyone to get it back so I went and bought another one. So some sort of compensation on this not so great visit would be appreciated.”

“We had to get a room last minute and there weren’t a lot of options but I think I would have preferred to keep looking. The staff were friendly. As soon as we entered the room we were greeted by a very large spider above our bed. The room is very dated and smelled very dusty. There were spiderwebs along the curtain edges. There was no AC and couldn’t leave the window open as it faced the main roadway. The only positive thing in the room was the stand alone shower. Good water pressure. ……
