"Business was run down, needed major overhaul, had drug addicts in the business staying there. Hotels.com should drop this business as a client. Sending a family to stay here is a crime."

"I’m a very picky person, especially when it comes to cleanliness. This property was amazing at how clean it was. The breakfast and the area for the breakfast was spotless. I felt very comfortable there. It’s just a few blocks off of Broadway very easy to walk and you could a great deal of savings in price. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
