This was overall the best experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. Especially Chenille, who did my check in process and was very polite and accommodating throughout my entire stay. Very clean resort the staff 7 out of 10 are rude or just seem mad to be there. No robes in room unless you’re VIP. Restaurants aren’t really good and there’s a limit to the all inclusive.
