"Check-in was a cinch! I called the phone # I was given 15 minutes before I arrived and our host’s husband met me with a great welcome. I was meeting a friend for the weekend after 23 years and this quiet, secluded home was perfect. The view from the deck, where we ate our dinner the first night, was amazing! It rained the next morning and unfortunately, because the TV was an older model, with the bad weather we lost signal. An upgrade to a Smart TV would be nice so we could have signed into...

"We enjoyed relaxing at the cute cozy cottage. We were in town to go to the Harmony Christmas Festival. It was nice to hang out at the cottage after our day out. We saw deer every morning and enjoyed the beautiful sunrises. Dinner at Shakespeare’s Restaurant was excellent and such a unique experience."

"Good, central spot to explore the parks and trails in the area. House was very clean and very comfortable. The two upstairs bedrooms are reached by a steep set of stairs (with a handrail) and have low ceilings (the eaves). Not an issue for us but might be difficult for some."

The living space and two bedrooms worked perfectly for my mother, her husband, and I to stay while going back and forth to the Pittsburgh Interational Race Complex to watch my son race in the NASA Championships. It was "off the beaten path" in a state park so it was quiet. The yard was really nice with a deck furnished with grill and picnic table, plus a fire pit and chairs. "Comfortable, Clean property with all the conveniences located in a private area. The deck looks out towards the stream and sunshine pours through the living/dining area. Great place to relax and enjoy the property or visit the Town of Franklin, Oil Creek State Park or Two Mile Run."

"The house has had several updates. The kitchen is not one of them. There was evidence of pest control and mice. Dont leave food out. The view in the morning is beautiful in a wooded area. Had a 2 night stay Dec 2023."
