“Great location to all attractions in downtown area. Trolley stop is right across the street and River street is 5mins walk. The Georgia Queen sunset cruise boat landing dock is also closeby, about 10 mins walking. Very convenient for first timers. Parking is easy and no extra cost. ”

“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed.

“Everything was excellent. The staff, the cleanness, the room, we especially enjoyed separate shower and toilet rooms, very convenient. The room was spacious, the bed is extra soft. The breakfast was pretty decent - scrambled eggs, patties, oats, waffles, toasts, bagels, juice, muffins, bananas and apples.
This hotel has 5-6 parking spaces on the street (need to pay) so keep in mind that you might to park your car somewhere around and walk.

“We had a lovely stay at the Present! We will definitely be back again! Mark was onsite during our check in and he was super friendly and kind and gave us great suggestions for where to go for food in the city.
The property was quiet and very clean and well kept. The only issue we ran into was the AC wasn’t working on our first night on the 4th floor but they let us stay in another unit the first night (206) it was super cute and cozy.
Then we moved to unit 401 for the remainder of the trip……
