“The corner room is noisy at night- there were many people gathering near the hotels till 1 or 2 am and you could hear them. There was an Irish bar across from the hotels which you would hear the music playing at night. There was coffee stain in the carpet of the room I stayed. The hotel has good hospitality and the bed was comfortable. ”

We had a major medical issue the morning after check in and my call to the front desk was handled efficiently, resulting in my friend being transported by squad to Memorial Hospital and admitted. She was a patient for 2 days and we subsequently spent the remainder of our stay in our hotel room. At no time did the staff or anyone in management contact us to follow up and inquire about my……
