Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. \*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time. \*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. \*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 6 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 6 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors. \*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we may allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs. \*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. \*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee. \*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge. \*Ice makers and fireplaces are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly. \*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest. \*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided. \*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. The pet fee is $100 per 10 nights. No cats allowed. Dogs must be crated when left unattended. Dogs must be supervised when in the backyard and may not be left in the backyard unattended. A $75 pet waste fee will be applied if pets are not cleaned up after.
