“Natalie @ front desk made the difference as she was very kind, accommodating, helpful and always w/ a smile! Location wise this hotel is in a prime location, smack in middle of everything walking distance! Do reoxmmend room w/ 2 double beds as they’re slightly bigger in size!”

“Felt safe, staff was very helpful”

“Unpleasant experience ”

Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.”
