"This is, indeed, a tiny house! It is attractively decorated and maintained, and provides all of the amenities that you will need. There is also a nice patio in the back. The location worked well for us - the house is close to many restaurants and shops, and about 3 miles from the Fairgrounds. Bonnis, our host, was a joy to deal with. Should we travel to Xenia again, this property is at the top of our list for places to stay."

"With the combination of beds/bathrooms and space, the house met all our needs for an extended family gathering. The property was the perfect place for viewing the total Eclipse. Close to Yellow Springs, Young's Dairy, hiking, large backyard. With all these options, our group age range of 1-83 found something for everyone."

"Spent three nights in this lovely home. There were eight of us and plenty of room to spread out. Had an evening fire one night and enjoyed the side porch immensely. The house is walking distance to everything. Everything in the house worked properly, bed was comfy and plenty of towels. We recommend this house for its convenience to everything and comfort level. Accessibility for an elderly grandparent was the only issue- the 1800’s era stairs are narrow and steep, so extra care and assistance was needed to make sure a fall did not occur."

"This property was perfect for our family for a short stay! The apartment was very clean, and I am quite picky about cleanliness. The layout of the apartment is a bit quirky, it’s kind of a long hallway with rooms off of one side, but it slept 5 of us comfortably and seemed like the right price for what it was. "The house accommodated us very well. However we were so busy with Championship that we basically just slept there and were unable to enjoy the amenities. It was well situated to the Fairgrounds and restaurants. The home needs upgrading, the carpet is very old and stained, the bedrooms need a chair and night stand. It was quiet and the yard was very nice. The home needs pest control. We would come back for another visit."

"The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set...
