“Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.”

I used the VRBO portal to try to resolve a miscommunication two days before arrival and it took a day and a half to receive a response. Host told me I should have texted him but I was never provided his phone number.There are 5 heat pumps/AC split system units but only one controller provided. “Cute place very close to Judith Point lighthouse. Host was very helpful, sent regular emails to ensure smooth check in/out. If it’s your first trip to the area - beach access nearby is rocky, more for surfing, not beach sitting. No access to lighthouse (it’s on a secure location) but has a grassy overlook with benches.”

“This home is a wonderful location for a visit to Narrangansett and activities nearby, including easily walkable to the beach! The house was very clean, had comfortable beds, and was very spacious. The large yard was relaxing, with two large tables to enjoy breakfast and other outdoor meals together. We also appreciated that there was lots of parking available at the house. Our group of women truly loved our visit and hope to return again in the future! Thank you so much for making our memorable……
