This four bedroom, three-bath home located in the Kauai Visitor Destination Area (VDA) is the perfect base for your next family vacation on Kauai.

The house features two private master bedrooms and two additional twin bedrooms for children or guests. Bedding configuration is 1 king, 1 queen and 4 twin beds.

Beautiful hardwood bamboo floors in the bedrooms, granite master bath vanities, new shared bath vanity top. Enjoy vaulted ceilings, tropical island-style furnishings, fully-equipped kitchen, garden windows throughout, and a private enclosed front courtyard. The backyard opens out to a sweeping greenbelt complete with wonderful mountain views. The central courtyard is equipped with a large patio table, gas BBQ grill, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment. Located on a cul-de-sac with easy public access via a beautiful greenbelt pathway you’re a short five minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. Brenneke Beach and Poipu Beach Park are also close with a great children's swimming area, snorkeling, and picnic area.

Great Spot Close to Multiple Beaches
This was a wonderful location for our base camp on a trip to Kauai. It was within walking distance of several beaches, which the kids loves. Communication was great, too. The house was clean and well decorated, with all necessary amenities. We’d definitely look to book this house again.

Epic location!
We gathered our family here including a toddler and 2 infants. It was the perfect location to easily access all the best kids beaches, food, and easy access to both Waimea Canyon and Lihue. My adult daughter and daughter-in-law both commented on how clean it was and they are particular about that. The layout of the house was just right, the beds were very comfortable, the amount of beach toys available to us was phenomenal, the communication was fast and easy. I would totally come back here. The only challenge we had was that the room with 2 beds closest to the living room struggled with enough ventilation at night, so we put extra fans in there, which were available. We had access to the portable cribs. Having so many clean beach towels available was also a huge plus! Thanks for the great place for great memories to be made!

Good Location, Needs upkeep
While we loved the location, there were many issues that made the experience frustrating. The kitchen is in need of remodeling. The refrigerator barely kept the food cold. There was no remote in the back bedroom. The main bathroom needed deep cleaning, and new rugs. General excessive wear and tear, lack of upkeep. Lack of attention to detail.

Overall great place to stay!
Great location between two beaches and activities. The host was easy to get ahold of for questions or concerns. We had a few issues upon arrival but nothing serious. Overall I would recommend staying at this location and will also look at it for future trips! Future tenants bag your garbage because the people before us did not and we had nowhere to put ours until we bagged and took care of thier mess!

Great location and large space
The home feels likes it needs to be updated and a little maintenance, but the price was great and it was a great location. If you are looking to be at the beach all day, this is super close and has a walking path out the back door straight to the beach. We left the house at 8:30 am and didn’t come back till after sunset everyday, so it was perfect for us as it was mainly a large place for our larger group to sleep
