We have just added a private pool & Spa and a 5 th bedroom suite(3/12/25),We have not updated the video yet but have added a few photos. AC in all rooms of home. 5 master suites with private bathrooms, each with a private lanai. Gourmet Kitchen, Large lanai deck for BBQ and entertaining. 10 minute walk to famous Brennekes beach and restaurant. 10 min walk the other direction the Grand Hyatt and its fabulous beach and restaurant. Completely fenced back yard with Private Pool & Spa. The sound of crashing waves and soft ocean breezes greet you from every room. Please Place both Trashcans on street Wednesday afternoon or evening, Trash pickup comes early Thursday morning around 5am make sure lids can close,

We love sandy feet but, please leave sand outside. We encourage our guests to use the outdoor shower (off the laundry room) before entering.

No candles or fireworks. No jumping or Diving in pool, Pool is only 5 feet deep. No children under 14 without parent supervision.
