THIS CONDO HAS THE MOST STUNNING OCEAN & COVE VIEWS, BARRING NONE!!! THE WAVES CRASH RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE PATIO INTO THE MAGNIFICENT COVE BELOW. The occasional spray is the cherry on the top. The unit is fully air-conditioned.

The living and dining rooms at Poipu Shores 306A are oceanfront, right on top of the crashing waves. A large TV, full stereo, quality speakers, DVD player, and sliding doors that open to the splendid oceanfront lanai. Dine in the gracious dining room or enjoy "al fresco" on the lanai's comfortable tropitone furniture to the sound of the waves, and views of the Cove below, the world-famous Poipu Beach, gorgeous Pacific sunsets, and turtles and whales (in season).

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight. Prepare meals while savoring views of crashing waves and abundant sea life. The property also boasts of conveniently located gas barbeque grills.

The master bedroom is 25 feet from the pillow to the waves! Complete with walk-in shower, private dressing area, and air-conditioning. High-quality linens and the most comfortable king mattress combine for many restful, tropical slumbers.

The second master suite features a king bed and opens to a beautiful tropical view. You will awaken in paradise to colorful birds and tropical landscapes. Combine that with the soothing sounds of the Pacific and you may never want to return home.

Nice condo, spectacular views

The views from our lanai and the pool deck were so amazing that it made it hard to leave the resort. Lots of turtles, plenty of dolphins, and a monk seal right out front in the surf as it crashed against the jagged rocky coastline. We bought food and ate in the condo most of the time to enjoy the mesmerizing views. Oh, the condo was nice too with plenty of amenities with the two bedrooms and bathrooms plus the washer and dryer in the unit. We look forward to staying here again.

Phenomenal Week in Kauai

Amazing location was stunning views of the ocean, whales and sea turtles. Short walk to beautiful Brennecke’s beach for boogie boarding and Poipu’s beach for snorkeling. Restaurants in Koloa were perfect each evening.

Family trip

Great vacation

My family had a great time at this property. It was well equipped and had everything noted in the listing. We loved being so close to Poipu beach and being able to watch the turtles from the balcony. And the location was convenient to many things in the island.

We loved watching the waves crash on the shore from the balcony - amazing views! Property was as described and was great for our little family. We enjoyed the short walk to Poipu beach and often saw seals and turtles in our way. Excellent host communication!

Spectacular view and great location

My wife and I loved our stay at Sampada's beach condo. The first thing we noticed (and fell in love with), was the spectacular view. We will miss hearing the waves crash and watching the turtles swim from the lanai. This unit is in walking distance to the beach. Plus, we liked how the entire island was accessible for a quick day trip whether it was to Waimea Canyon or Hanalei. Thank you for the great stay and we'd love to come back again!

Sleep to the sound of the ocean in this amazing condo!

This is the most well-stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Plenty of sunscreen, beach supplies, even a cooler. Kitchen ware was top notch -- not the owners' used left-overs like some places. AC worked great. Bed was comfy and there is nothing like the sound of the waves crashing to help you sleep. The host responded immediately to the few questions we had.

Great condo and location

Condo was exactly as advertised, pictures and descriptions are 100% accurate. Clean with enough room for 2-4 people. Breakfast on the balcony, watching the waves, turtles, and sometime dolphins was awesome. The sounds of the waves crashing below was incredible. A light sleeper may choose to use the back bedroom. Both bedrooms have wall mounted air conditioning units, plus another for the main living area. We could not see staying here without the air conditioning - it was breezy, but the direction of the wind would not have cooled the condo. Trade winds will not reduce the humidity, no matter what anyone says…5 stars for A/C. Overall, Sampada was a great host, the condo was as advertised and the location was perfect. Also having a full washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. Note…parking can be extremely tight, if renting a large SUV, just stick to the upper parking area, still tight but less cars. We will be back next time we travel to Kauai.

Great location, great (and truly) MOST STUNNING oceanfront view. I'd give Sampada 6 stars for being a great host, and very responsive when needed, which was minimal due to superior preparation for staying in their gorgeous home. Great location to explore all of Kauai end to end and don't miss out visiting the small town of Koloa. It's easy to miss with all of the other amenities in the area.

Family vacation

The property was great. The location is amazing, walking distance from beaches and turtles and restaurants. Short drive to good shopping and more restaurants. The view of the ocean was gorgeous we spent hours on the balcony watching the ocean crash on the shore! We would highly recommend this as a place to stay in south end Poipu, Kauai.

The place has stunning views! I deducted a star because the host was not responsive to us. I asked the host if there were any options for a late check-out and no response. The app showed she read my message but she never responded. I inquired 24 hours before check-out so she had plenty of time to reply back. I understand that maybe she forgot to respond. And even a "I'm sorry, we can't accommodate a late check-out" would have been fine. We were just curious if late check-out was an option and/or how much it would cost because we had an 8:45pm flight home. My biggest frustration was that the cleaner showed up at 9:50am when check-out was 10am! We had already started moving our luggage out and I was starting a load of towels before we left to help the cleaner out. REALLY annoying having the cleaner there before check-out time. Made me feel rushed. Other than than, the location is pretty. Parking lot is small and fills up quickly... so keep that in mind. Also, we got in at 8pm and front office was closed. We went to get a parking pass at 10am and we already had a violation on our car (written at 7:20am).

Great Condo Location and Condition

We greatly enjoyed our visit at this Poipu Shores Condo. Easy walk to Poipu Beach! The entire condo was airconditioned! Parking was a little tight if you came back late evening but everything else was wonderful!! Would highly recommend!!!!

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The unit is nicely appointed and had everything we needed and more, but the oceanfront location was the highlight. We’ve been to Hawaii about 20 times and have stayed in some wonderful places, all with ocean views, but none has matched this. We will definitely return.
