“The home provided for all our vacation needs. The pool was just steps from the back door and the grounds were fantastic. You need to access your own TV streaming services. Great to have the filtered water system. Although we are walkers, stores may be somewhat further for some (at least 15-20 minutes at minimum) but taxis were always available.The kitchen was fully equipped and the house had an excellent BBQ. “We really enjoyed this property. It is tucked into the jungle, quiet, peaceful, very safe. It is just a few miles from the center of Puerto Morelos, and convenient for daytripping to other places - Valladolid, Ek Balam, cenotes, Playa del Carmen. We had a little confusion about getting let to gated community, but the hosts were able to quickly straighten it out. I guess I would rather have the guards be overzealous than to let just anyone in. We used Chef Francesca and Chef Pino, and not only was their food delicious, they were so nice and fun to have around. “Our stay was incredible! The house was perfect for our group of 16. There are plenty of places to hang out as a big group and space to go off on your own and have some alone time. The beach was a little hard to access, so we ended up spending more time at the house which was fine since it's very beautiful and private. The food was amazing and overall we're so happy with our experience!”

“One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which……

The houses gave us plenty of space to spread out and be alone if needed while also accommodating large group meals and lots of fun in both pools, the grounds and inside. Great having two kitchens and being right next to each other.
