We are within 20 minutes to almost all of LA's most famous attractions including beaches, downtown LA, the Hollywood Walk of fame & we are only 5 minutes from the famous Via Rodeo Drive! This was a comfortable, casual, unpretentious property, in a quiet suburban area. The basic amenities were convenient and we were close enough to Hollywood, Venice Beach, Santa Monica, and not too far from downtown (as always, traffic permitting.) There is a nice back patio, a washer/dryer, and a basic kitchen. Be aware you must climb two sets of stairs to get in (if accessibility is an issue.) All in all, a great rental that we would be happy to visit again.

Good location but needs maintenance and cleaning

This property is located in a very nice neighbourhood, BUT is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning.The place was dirty and with multiple maintenance issues such as clogged drains, broken faucets, absent smoke detectors and broken/old furniture.The kitchen was also ill equipped, with dirty dishes and very minimal supplies. There were no glasses, the coffee maker was broken, and the place has no dishwasher.You may save some money here, but don't expect a comfortable stay.
