Located along the beach of the exclusive Long Beach Peninsula, the sights and sounds of the ocean are right outside your back door where you’ll soon spend endless days bathing in the abundant California sunshine and cooling off in the refreshing waters. A premier feature of the home is the rooftop crow’s nest offering 360° views of your surroundings and offering the most epic moments to take in the vibrant sunset or the fireworks on the 4th of July. The 2nd floor balcony, facing the ocean, offers comfortable chaise lounge seating ideal for losing yourself in the pages of a good book.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• We adhere to a strict Good Neighbor Policy - noise, parties, smoking/vaping, and late night activity are not allowed. Quiet hours between 10p-8a are strictly enforced. Violations of these rules will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Garage, driveway, and street parking available for 2 vehicles. An EV charger is available in the garage.
• This home does not include air conditioning, as like many beachfront homes, the ocean breeze serves as such.
• Fireplace is not for guest use.
• This home is equipped with three (3) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the doorbell, actively monitoring the front entrance and beach. The second is located at and actively monitoring the back alley. The third is located at and actively monitoring the side yard.

Lovely Home on Ocean in Long Beach CA

Beautiful home on the peninsula with great ocean views and only a short walk away from the heart of LB. A quiet retreat for those of us who live busy hectic lives.
Stayed 7 nights in May 2025
