“The room has a strange smell, the carpet is very dirty, the room's facilities are old and stained, and there is a drug odor outside the front door.”

“Great value for a 3 bedroom spacious basement unit with comfortable beds. Great for a group. We only stayed for a night and it was too hot to use hottub but I am sure it would be a really nice touch in the winter. Would definitely stay again!”

“Great place”

“Thanks”

“Very convenient to Cottonwood resorts and local shops like Trader Joe’s. Super clean and roomy! Owner was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely book again if skiing Brighton, Solitude, Snowbird and Alta. ”

“The location of this property was amazing for access to the big and little cottonwood canyons. The property itself was clean and bright with adequate amenities for cooking at home. A little disappointed in the cleanliness of the community hot tub, but the bathtub in the property was massive and super clean which made up for it.Check in and check out process were very easy. Lots of places for shopping nearby.”
