Close to the Aquarium and a lot of good restaurants as well as Coolidge park. Onsite restaurant was great, water front overlooking the Tennessee river with a huge patio and open air dining room and bar. Breakfast is included and parking is free if you have a permanent disability license plate. Overall I had a good stay "

Only 2 critiques are: need a low pressure shower head as the pressure isn't the best. Hot water is great so no worries there though. Second would love if they put some room darkening drapes on the windows. There are blinds but they still let in quite a bit of light from the street lights right outside. Property is as others have described...
