Great Place at Napoli! 10/10

Such a great place at Napoli. Well located, near the Toledo Metro Station. Confortable room, very clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. Nice snacks and coffee complementary 24/7. The cleaning staff, sweet and great customer service. I’ll definitely stay here again.

You Won’t Regret it, Reserve Now!!!

Great Place. I would recommend 100%. Close to the Toledo Metro Station and Via Toledo. Is the commercial epicenter of Napoli. The service provided by the owner and the staff were magnificent. Definitely you won’t regret it.

The location is very central and therefore we were able to walk everywhere. Disadvantage is that the street never sleeps and therefore you have noise for the entire night. Towels were very old. I am not sure if the towels were changed on the second day even though we put them on the floor. When we came back to room I found the some same towels were hung. The bed was very uncomfortable. As a personal choice I hate soft beds. There was a pull out bed in the room (Ikea pull out chair). On our second day stay, I wanted to sleep on that chair and I asked for help from the staff to set it. She was very nice and helped me to set it for the night. During the day I received a phone call from the owner saying that there will be an extra charge to use that chair a s a bed. I explained her that I was not able to sleep well in the bed and therefore I would like to try that pull out bed. She told me that room was booked for two people and that we have to use the double bed or pay extra. To me this is not a good business practice.

B&B rinnovato e molto carino. Pulizia ineccepibile in tutti gli ambienti. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile per ogni richiesta. La posizione è centralissima proprio di fronte alla fermata della metro Toledo.

Naples magique ....

Fantastique séjour en plein centre de Naples ! Location très propre avec un petit balcon, sympathique accueil , petit déjeuner très agréable dans un café à 100 m . Proche de tout ... du quartier espagnol, des musées , de la mer, des restaurants, des magasins , des taxis ...!

Close to everything

We stayed for 2 nights at Bell's, it is a really nice B&B,the room was very clean, bed was comfy and shower was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The B and B is close to the Metro and the old town is within walking distance.We would highly recommend staying here.

We had a amazing stay at Bells. The location was great and right in the heart of city with the metro station pretty much at the door step. The service was impeccable with great recommendations for local eateries and things to do. A good selection for breakfast and the room did not get any noise from the street. We would happily recommend and stay again.

Lovely place to stay, very central and inside is like a little oasis of calm. With the blinds and the comfy clean bed we slept for 9 hours pon the first night!
