It was clean and well presented on arrival and rooms are spacious including the downstairs living area which comfortably gave us space. It was easy to walk to the beach which we used on several days. "The villa is in a small village in the hills above Podstrana, and has amazing views across to the islands and over Split. The road up from the main road takes a bit of getting used to, but once you have, it's well worth it to enjoy the peace and quiet while at the same time being pretty close to Split. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 1 week in the second week of September! The property is just as nice as the photos and the view is even better! Though the listing states the pool is salted, it barely is at all it’s very refreshing. The only thing is there are lots of steps without balustrades which could be an issue with older and very young guests. The pool was perfect for the younger crowd who between the sea and pool were never dry. The town of Sutivan was a short walk down the hill. "We had a very relaxing time at the Villa which was perfectly suitable for two families because of the separation of the apartments. The children loved the pool and we all loved the sea. It was idyllic to swim in such clear water every day at the bottom of the lane. The walk into Milna took about 20 minutes so you need a car for the shop, which was the only inconvenience.
