Old Fort is a dry community, but Black Mountain is a short drive away with additional dining and drinking options. We also enjoyed the nature center with our three year old.

Wonderful place! Lovely and spacious rooms, everyone who worked there were so nice and helpful. The little breakfast snack basket that waited for you outside your door each morning was such a pleasant surprise and a great personal touch. Everything was clean and ready for us. Was a cold week but still nice and warm with the gas logs. Kitchen was supplied with utensils and cooking equipment. Enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

Rooms were clean, spacious and quite. Staff was good, we didnt like that we had to pay extra for the amenities like pool, exercise and putt putt golf.
