"I was very comfortable in this hotel and had everything I needed. The bed was heavenly and I loved that the room was a little apartment. The airport access is phenomenal and the shuttle driver was delightful. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and the place just has a nice vibe. "My stay here at true Hilton was amazing! What made it amazing was your staff. From the front desk two food service for breakfast ,housekeeping, I wrote a couple of reviews using the QR code in the elevator however, one of them didn’t get put through. I don’t know much about technology so I don’t know what happened so I’m writing here and I would like to make sure that the staff members get the recognition for going over and beyond their duties to assist me in my stay here. I am 68 years old a retired nurse recently in the hospital I’m from the state of Rhode Island. I grew up here in Chicopee so I know the friendliness the personality of people in this area. They’re very outgoing, kind, and helpful on a normal basis, but when I encountered here was true empathy and compassion for a fellow human being that had to be away from home. Well, just getting out of the hospital seriously you’ll and coming for a family members funeral my brother. ANA, front desk employee was above and beyond helpful to me kind and very compassionate assisting me to my room, bringing me towels talking with me or just listening to me when I would come in and out in my travails. I had a fractured ankle in a boot to fractured ribs, fractured vertebrae from osteoporosis, and it made it very hard to walk and move. I’ve been a nurse 40 years used to doing everything myself and taking care of others so this was such a helpful employee. Edwin was also very kind to me went over and beyond in the breakfast buffet"

"My stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay again! From Sarah at the front desk going above & beyond helping to find a room that had not had pets for a while (do to my son’s allergies) to the friendliness of every front desk/wait staff/management I interacted with, everything was awesome! I have OCD and the room was so clean I did not feel the need to Clorox wipe everything. If not having free/affordable breakfast is a problem for you, they have sit down and order breakfast at very reasonable prices and great service. The area in general is not the safest but I felt perfectly safe while at the hotel. Thank you to all who made our stay wonderful! Shout out to UNO restaurant next door for great priced lunch deals and delicious food and great service as well! "
